On display in the Gilman Yachts Exhibit at the far east end of Ramp 7 at the ICW!
"1/2 BARREL" is a 4-stateroom 64' Viking sportfisherman which has had only 2 owners since new. Powered by MTU 16V2000s the motors have had a significant update service in 2022. Note this vessel also carries the additional fuel capacity. Maintained by professionals, there has been good regular maintenance and two periods of significant upgrade in 2014 and 2023. Additionally, at the end of 2024 two brand new Kohler generators were installed. Sporting a proud Palm Beach full tuna tower with a clean foredeck she is recently out of the boatyard with new anti-fouling and running gear tune-up. A comfortable offshore ride, the larger engine package in this boat allows 25 knots at 1700rpm with relative economy or kick it up to a 30 knot cruise if wanted. This may be the only 64' Viking of this vintage with 2300 gallons of fuel capacity. A great fishing machine that's got mezzanine seating with newer refrigeration units, a new Eskimo Ice unit in mid-2025, and a teak cockpit deck updated about 5 years ago. Available for showings in Jupiter, FL. Check out more details in the full specs following.
This 64' Viking (2007) "1/2 BARREL" has the preferred 4 stateroom, 3 head layout with galley up and dinette forward of the salon. The high-gloss Viking teak cabinetry is in nice condition, and this boat was originally a custom order vessel with extra wood interior details throughout. The forward VIP stateroom has crisscross berths with a larger double to the starboard side and a good-sized twin berth just above to portside. There is a TV with Blu-ray player on the forward bulkhead with cove cabinets outboard above the starboard berth. Loads of storage beneath the berths and a cedar lined hanging locker just aft of the port berth. Past the hanging locker is entry to the private VIP head with granite vanity top, marble sole, and large shower stall. Moving back on the starboard side is the guest stateroom with upper and lower twin berths with a TV, hanging locker, and drawer storage beneath the lower berth. On the companionway is a shelved linen closet across from the washer/dryer closet. Next aft to port is the guest head which has a door to the companionway doubling as your day head, and a door to the side-by-side twin berth guest stateroom further aft. This guest head has a dark green granite vanity top with marble sole and large shower stall. The aft guest stateroom has a TV, large hanging locker, cove cabinets outboard, and two steps down to the berths with a center nightstand and drawer storage. Across to the portside is the Master stateroom with nicely arranged diagonal walkaround queen berth. There are nightstands to either side plus a three drawer dresser forward and a four drawer dresser aft. Above the aft dresser is a larger TV and Blu-ray player. Outboard is a dual door large closet. Beneath the berth is easily accessed storage. Just forward is the private master head with granite vanity, marble sole, mirrored medicine cabinet, and extra-large, glass door shower compartment. All staterooms are carpeted, all the heads have white oval porcelain, undermounted sinks, each head has different custom colored granite, and the MSDs are all freshwater Headhunter. Also, all the air-conditioning units (5) were new in mid-2023.
The Galley has granite countertops and backsplash with an Amtico Rosewood laminate sole. A large stainless sink and 4-burner electric stovetop are on the forward counter with indirect lighting beneath the cabinets above. Lots of storage and a microwave/convection oven hidden in the cabinet. (3) Sub-Zero dual drawer units are beneath the aft countertop which overhangs with a couple of plush cushioned swivel barstools on the salon side. The salon surround has wood valances, wood with inlayed fabric lambrequin boards, and Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds. A large U-shaped dinette is forward to starboard with a custom wood-top table. Above on the forward bulkhead is a large Samsung TV. L-shaped Salon settee and the dinette were both reupholstered in 2018 and have decor pillows. The salon has a wood triangular cockpit table. A brand-new tailored canvas runner covers the salon carpeting. The Rosewood laminate flooring is also on an entry landing by the electric slide opening salon door. The cabinets to the starboard side of the salon door house the main electrical breaker/switching panel, the A/V equipment center, and a drink ice cube maker. On the companionway is a linen closet with shelfs and a laundry closet with newer front-loading GE washer and dryer.
